Outlines reasoning for needing "a summary of prosecution evidence by subject matters which defenes witnesses will likely testify on." Summary should be on "Tangku Truce, Mudken Incident, Rape of Nanking, Narcotics, etc." States that it will save attorneys a great deal of time as well as provide a complete overview. Subject matters can be determined by "(a) the highlights of our own summary of evidence, (b) the defense applications where the Tribunal is apprised on what matters the witness sought for will testify to (c) and the defense opening statement of each phase."
