Reports on HOSHINO's role in the Japanese government, including his actions in Manchuria. Given the interrogation of Michyo IWAMURA and HOSHINO's close ties with Tojo, Hammack and Hauxhurst conclude that HOSHINO was a major war criminal and should be included in the indictment.
