Reports on the trial of Toshieki Nakada, "former head of the Japanese propaganda section at San Pablo, southern Luzon," in Manila, Philippine Islands. He was accused of ordering the execution of 750 Chinese individuals.

Reports that SCAP has ordered the arrest of Gen. Kumakichi Harada who had been a "former commander in chief of the Japanese 16th Army in Java."

Reports on the imprisonment of Capt. Toshio Tsuneyoshi and Lt. Masanori Hattori for "having committed atrocities against Allied prisoners of war in the Philippines.

Detailed list with names and brief biographies of those individuals who served as Japanese and Chinese Puppets and "who exercised control over civilians in Occupied China." The list was compiled by "the Research and Analysis Branch of the Office of Strategic Services" on April 15, 1945 and disseminated in "Civilian Controls in Occupied China." The list was sent to the Commanding General, U. S. Forces, China Theater in New York, New York.

Reports that "Major Airo Mimoguchi and three corporals were sentenced to death by a U. S. military commission on charges of rape and murder at Bogan, Cebu." Another, "Seiroki Yoshioka, was acquitted."
