Marked Urgent. Encloses an report on unintroduced evidence regarding military aggression, economic aggression, and diplomatic policies of Japan in the war against China, 1937-38. States that many defendants are found in the documents and that the evidence will "serve to refute some of the statements made by the defense witnesses in their affidavits."
